After making a trip out of the four gates of the palace to see the real outside, going to the East, he saw old people; going west, he saw the sick; going south, he saw dead people; and going north, he saw the mendicant. The fourth real scene, The image of the bhikshu was not only a subject of meditation, but also a source of inspiration for Siddhartha Gotama to become a family hermit. At the age of 29, Siddhartha Gotama learned the Way and surpassed the two teachers Ālāra Kalāma and teacher Uddaka Rāmaputta. After 6 years of asceticism with a group of 5 monks including Anha Kieu Tran Nhu, Siddhartha Gotama decided to choose for himself the MIDDHI Way, away from asceticism. and abstaining from craving for sensual pleasures by consuming Sujata's bowl of milk porridge, his health became restored. Receiving a bundle of Kusa grass from the farmer as an offering, Siddhartha Gotama went to Bodhgaya to meditate for 49 days and nights there, eventually becoming a Buddha under the tree. Bodhi at the age of 35. According to three requests of the king of heaven, Brahma Sahampati, The Buddha set out to teach the first Dharma to a group of five monks in Deer Park, Sanarth. With the pure Dharma Eye, all five of these in turn attained Arahantship. Buddha Bao, Phap Bao, and Sang Bao were officially formed here. Living the family life, the Buddha and Sangha had a lot of time to practice and serve sentient beings, relying on the love of teachers and students, the love of Dharma travelers, the love of fellow practitioners, the love of Dharma protection, and the propagation of the Dharma to benefit others. spawns all over the planet. As the Buddha's disciples became more and more numerous, in the Mahavagga Chapters 19, 20, the Buddha taught as follows: "Disciples, go in different directions to propagate the Dharma and save sentient beings, Bring your own practice, peace, and happiness to teach others. For the sake of peace and happiness for gods and humans, spread the Dharma of the Tathagata, perfect at the beginning, perfect in the middle, and perfect at the end, both in meaning and in writing. proclaim holiness and peace to the multitudes of the earth.” During the 80 years of his life, the Buddha converted many different people in many social classes, such as kings, officials, merchants, servants, even dung collectors, murderers, etc. The Buddha's Dharma and Sangha are both capable of accommodating people from different castes, religions, skin colors, and races. Those who have enough good conditions to cultivate, learn, understand, practice, and apply the Buddha Dharma in their daily lives diligently, mindfully, and with awareness can bring peace and happiness to them. true happiness for oneself and for others right now and here in the present life. Proclaiming the Dharma for 45 years, All that the Buddha taught, like holding leaves in the palm of your hand, aims to help people identify and transform suffering, and help them live a peaceful and happy life right here in this world. Before entering Nirvana, in the Long Department, the 16th Mahaparinirvana Sutra, the Buddha taught that: "O disciples, conditioned dharmas are impermanent and changeable. You should diligently study and practice the Buddhadharma more, to bring peace and happiness to yourself and to others right here in this world. These are My ultimate and practical teachings to you.” In 544 BC, at the age of 80, the Buddha passed away quietly, lying on his right hip, left leg stretched out on right leg, head turned to the north under two twin life trees in Sala forest, district Kusinagar, present-day India. To show respect and deep gratitude to the Blessed One, today at Phap Nhan Pagoda, the 2647th Buddha's Birthday, as disciples of the Buddha, we vow to live in accordance with the righteous Dharma by consciously vowing not to do evil deeds, vowing to do good deeds, Keep your body and mind pure, this is the Buddha's teaching to benefit and benefit sentient beings.
